Christopher Dalton is an enthusiastic, confident and reliable professional who has vast experience of managing technically complex mechanical projects, and possesses a forward-thinking approach to management of clients and assignments. He possesses a long track record of delivering complex projects across the UK. Excellent interpersonal skills and able to elicit co-operation from a wide variety of sources, including senior management, clients and other departments.
He has worked in the mechanical contracting industry since 1970 when he joined J & E Hall as an apprentice. He subsequently joined the Tarvail Group of companies and played a key role in building up the business until it was sold to Southern Bear Plc in 2007. He continued to run the Tarvail Group business under the umbrella of Southern Bear Plc providing major engineering contract installations in conjunction with various measured term maintenance and minor works contracts, supporting large pharmaceutical companies’ own maintenance staff spanning 25 years. He was rewarded by the appointment as a director of Southern Bear Plc, a company whose shares were quoted on the AIM market.
In more recent times, Chris has been Chief Executive of RHI Energies Group Limited and is still instrumental in running the company.

Julian is a former divisional Managing Director at Kantar, a leading insights and analytics business. He managed various divisions including Millward Brown Health and Beauty in the UK, Millward Brown (Philippines) and Millward Brown Corporate Practice. Prior to this he was Global Managing Director at media analytics agency Mesh Planning.

Earlier in his career, Julian founded and grew IQ Holdings plc, an insight-based consultancy which listed on London Stock Exchange AIM and completed three reverse takeovers before the assets were sold to a trade buyer. A limited company reversed into IQ Holdings plc and the name was changed to 1Spatial plc.

Julian began his career at Euromonitor, the global research publisher, where he held several positions in the consulting division and was responsible for establishing its office in the United States. He is a graduate of University of London, Goldsmiths College.
