Business Strategy

The Company has been formed to undertake an acquisition of a target company or business in the Support Services sector, preferably in the West Midlands. There is no specific expected target value for the Acquisition and the Company expects that any funds not used for the Acquisition will be used for future acquisitions, internal or external growth and expansion, and working capital in relation to the acquired company or business.

Business Support Services is a very diversified sector and includes distribution and logistics, marketing and after sales services, ICT services, administrative and managerial services, engineering and related technical services, research and development plus other support functions.
The Boards experience is varied and is towards the engineering and design services, including project management, design, installation and associated skills and services, and its in these areas that their energies with be concentrated. That is not to exclude other opportunities should they arise.
